Dear Boys and Girls Clubs of Winnipeg supporter,
Normally at this time of year you would receive a message from me asking you to support our annual 100 Mile Dinner. As we know this is not a normal year due to COVID-19 and we have made the decision to cancel this year’s dinner. We always look forward to hosting our 100 Mile Dinner. It is a chance to enjoy a very unique dining experience and to raise some money to support the programs and services we offer. Like you we are disappointed that we cannot gather this year.
We have however found a way to continue your support for us as well as helping our chefs and their restaurants. The restaurant business has been hit hard by COVID-19 and we would like to help them as they have helped us since our first 100 Mile Dinner in 2011. For an individual donation of $150 (the equivalent of one 100 Mile Dinner ticket) we will issue you a $100 tax receipt and send you a $50 gift card for one of the restaurants of your choice (and their chefs) who support us. We are also offering table sponsorship packages as per usual.
