Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT) Canada awarded $5,000 to the Boys and Girls Clubs of Winnipeg this week, as part of CWT’s ‘Together We Can’ program.
Through this program, company employees were invited to nominate a local charitable organization to receive a monetary donation from CWT Canada. This year, the Boys and Girls Clubs of Winnipeg have been selected as the award recipient through a company-wide vote.
CWT employees Colleen Robertson and Wendy Templeman, located in Winnipeg, are involved with the organization and nominated it for the award. Both are passionate about the organization’s youth programs and have assisted the Clubs with planning and sales for fundraisers, holiday gift wrapping events and staff gatherings.
